Microsoft Teams is our main method for training and engaging with other agents in our company, so your engagement with Teams will impact your success.
You will receive a text with links to join multiple groups. When you click the link you will be prompted to create a Teams account. Make sure you click every link to add yourself to all of the groups. When setting up your account, please upload a profile picture so we know who you are and you aren't just a name! You'll receive links to join the following groups:

Harris Agency Community (within this community you will be added to the Reported Apps page. This is where you’ll go to report your submitted applications. Please only post in here if you are reporting an app. You can celebrate agent success by reacting to the post directly without posting in the chat.

In addition to the groups above you will be added to an upline chat. This thread is where you can communicate with all your uplines on any help you need with objections, case designs, or sales questions you have. This is also where you will report your end of day dials by listing your dials/contacts/sets and posting your weekly lead receipts. Post in this thread daily!! The more you communicate the faster you will get through the learning curve.
